2. Independent Driving Instructors

Each instructor is responsible for:

• Setting their own lesson prices.

• Providing suitable tuition and instruction.

• Maintaining any required DVSA authorisation.

• Maintaining appropriate vehicle and business insurance.

3. Instructor Qualifications

Anyone charging for car driving instruction in Great Britain must be an Approved Driving Instructor (ADI) or hold a valid trainee driving instructor licence.

8. Payment and Driving Lessons

Where payment is made in advance, the arrangements for providing the lessons, cancellations and refunds will depend on the applicable terms and the actual contractual arrangement for that purchase.

9. Cancellation and Refunds

10. No Guarantee of Test Success

No instructor or LearnDrivingPayLater should represent that a particular number of lessons will guarantee a test pass.

11. Our Role as a Platform

LearnDrivingPayLater provides an online platform designed to connect learners with independent driving instructors.

We do not:

• Provide driving instruction ourselves.

• Employ the instructors.

• Control how instructors teach.

• Guarantee an instructor's availability.

• Guarantee a learner will pass their driving test.

We may suspend or remove an instructor profile where we reasonably believe that the instructor has breached these Terms, provided inaccurate information, no longer meets relevant requirements, or presents a concern for learners.

12. Instructor Responsibilities

By joining LearnDrivingPayLater, an instructor agrees that they will:

• Maintain any required DVSA authorisation.

• Maintain appropriate insurance and legal compliance.

• Deal fairly with learners.

• Honour lesson arrangements that they have agreed with learners.

• Inform us if their instructor status changes.

The DVSA's guidance states that instructors are responsible for professional standards, safety and their business dealings with pupils.

13. Learner Responsibilities

Learners agree to:

• Attend lessons at the agreed time.

• Follow reasonable safety instructions.

• Hold the appropriate provisional driving licence before driving where required.
