Klarna Payments – Terms & Conditions

1. Paying for Driving Lessons with Klarna

We offer Klarna as a payment option for selected driving lessons, lesson packages and other eligible services purchased through our website.

When you select Klarna at checkout, you may be offered different payment options depending on your eligibility, purchase amount and Klarna's assessment.

The payment agreement is between you and Klarna. We do not make the decision as to whether you are approved for Klarna.

2. Klarna Eligibility

Klarna payment options are subject to status, eligibility and Klarna's terms and conditions.

You may be required to:

• Be at least 18 years old;

• Be a UK resident;

• Provide accurate personal and payment information;

• Pass Klarna's applicable eligibility and verification checks; and

• Meet any other requirements set by Klarna.

Klarna may decline a payment application or offer alternative payment options.

3. Payment Options

The payment options displayed at checkout are determined by Klarna and may vary.

Where available, these may include:

• Pay in 3 interest-free instalments;

• Pay later; and/or

• Klarna Financing or other payment options offered by Klarna.

Not every payment option will be available for every customer or every purchase.

Please review the payment schedule, applicable interest, fees and other terms displayed by Klarna before completing your purchase.

4. Klarna Payment Agreement

By selecting Klarna and completing the Klarna checkout process, you enter into a separate payment or credit agreement with Klarna where applicable.

Our agreement with you for the provision of driving lessons remains subject to our own Terms & Conditions, including our cancellation, rescheduling and refund policies.

Klarna's terms and conditions apply separately to your payment arrangement with Klarna.

We are not responsible for Klarna's approval decisions, payment schedules, interest charges, late fees or other terms of your Klarna agreement.

5. Payments and Payment Dates

Your payment schedule will be provided to you by Klarna.

You are responsible for ensuring that payments are made in accordance with the payment schedule agreed with Klarna.

If a payment is unsuccessful or overdue, Klarna may contact you regarding the outstanding payment and may apply applicable fees or other consequences in accordance with its terms.

6. Driving Lesson Cancellation and Refunds

Our normal cancellation, rescheduling and refund policies continue to apply when you pay using Klarna.

If you are entitled to a refund from us, we will process the refund in accordance with our refund policy and the applicable Klarna process.

A refund from us does not necessarily mean that your Klarna payment agreement is immediately cancelled. You should check your Klarna account for the status of your payment plan.

7. Failure to Attend Lessons

If you fail to attend a driving lesson or cancel a lesson outside the notice period specified in our Terms & Conditions, charges may apply.

Where a charge is payable under our normal terms, using Klarna as your payment method does not remove your responsibility to pay that amount.

8. Klarna's Terms

Your use of Klarna is also subject to Klarna's own terms and conditions.

9. Credit and Financial Information

Where a Klarna payment option involves credit, approval is subject to status and eligibility.

Borrowing more than you can afford, or paying late, may negatively impact your financial status and ability to obtain credit.

Terms and conditions and applicable fees may apply.

10. Data and Personal Information

When you select Klarna, information necessary to process your payment may be shared with Klarna.

Klarna will process your personal information in accordance with its own privacy policy and applicable data protection requirements.

You should review Klarna's privacy information before using its services.

11. Klarna Financing

If Klarna Financing is available for your purchase, the specific finance terms, including the applicable interest rate, repayment period, APR, total amount payable and repayment schedule, will be displayed by Klarna before you complete the finance application.

Credit is subject to status and eligibility.

Where applicable, the finance agreement is provided by Klarna Financial Services UK Limited.

12. Changes to Klarna Availability

We reserve the right to change, suspend or remove Klarna as a payment option at any time.

Klarna may also change the payment options available to customers.

Any such change will not affect payment agreements that have already been entered into with Klarna, which remain subject to the terms agreed with Klarna.
